I believe in data minimization. I only collect personal information (such as your name and email address) when you voluntarily provide it by contacting me directly regarding a project or inquiry.

2. Cold Outreach & Legitimate Interest

As a London-based developer, I occasionally reach out to local businesses whose digital presence could benefit from my services. Under UK GDPR, this B2B communication is conducted under the legal basis of "Legitimate Interest." I only contact businesses where I believe my software development can provide tangible value.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your contact information and correspondence are stored securely using Zoho's enterprise infrastructure. I do not track you across the web, nor do I sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, or deletion of, your personal data at any time. If you receive an email from me and wish to opt out of future communications, simply reply letting me know, or email alex@alexek.com with your request.
